Thank you for shopping at AdvanceECU . We strive to provide high-quality automotive software, ECU tuning tools, and hardware. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policies below carefully.

 

📦 1. General Return Policy

We offer returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included.

 

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@advanceecu.com
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions
 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or was sent in error by us.

Custom Orders / Special Programming Tools

❌ Not eligible for hygiene and safety reasons

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can assist with replacement or refund.

 

💵 3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email that we have received your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days , and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

Please note:

  • Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
 

🛠️ 4. Warranty Claims

Some of our hardware products may come with a limited warranty (e.g., 6 months or 1 year). For warranty claims, contact our support team with proof of purchase and details of the issue. We may ask for photos or videos to assess the problem before issuing a repair, replacement, or refund.

 

🧾 5. Cancellations

Orders can typically be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before they are processed or shipped. After this window, cancellation is subject to our return policy.
