🚚 Delivery of Digital Products

At AdvanceECU, all our products are delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive your purchased software, dump file, or key file via:

  • Email

  • Or a download link on your account page (if applicable)

Most orders are delivered instantly or within 1–6 hours, depending on file size and verification.

⏰ Orders placed outside business hours may take slightly longer, especially if manual processing is needed.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Due to the intangible and irreversible nature of digital goods, we do not offer returns or refunds once a file or product has been delivered.

❌ Non-Refundable Items:

  • ECU tuning files

  • IMMO off dumps

  • Car software or programming tools

  • License keys or activation codes

This policy prevents abuse and protects the integrity of our products.
